By paying and utilizing MLM Power Marketing you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions stated on this page. Specifically, you agree not to violate any copyright laws and agree not to SPAM.

Payment Policy:

Unless otherwise advised, all invoices, estimates and quoted amounts are in United States dollars. We use our own merchant account (paid to My Trusty Hosting, LLC) as our credit card processing systems.

Canceling MLM Power Marketing

You may cancel at anytime. MAKE SURE YOU CANCEL AT LEAST 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR RENEWAL DATE OR YOU MAY BE CHARGED AGAIN WITH OUT REFUND. To cancel, log into your MLM Power Marketing system and go under the Account Settings link. You will see a Cancel Membership link in that menu. Follow all the way through. YOU CAN NOT CANCEL BY PHONE, EMAIL, SUPPORT TICKET, LIVE HELP OR ANY OTHER MEANS. If you don't cancel at least 14 days before your renewal date you will be charged again this month with out refund and next month you will be canceled.

Refund Policy

Plain and simple, this is a service that can't be returned. Therefore, there are no refunds given, no matter what the reason.

Credit Card Chargebacks

Any Customer who initiates a chargeback on their credit card, (removal of My Trusty Hosting, LLC debit of your credit card account) will be subject to (1) an Administrative Fee of $100.00 per chargeback, (2) re-payment of the amount(s) originally charged to the credit card (3) and immediate termination of all Customer’s Plan(s).

Charges To Your Account

By accepting this Terms Of Use you agree to give us permission to charge your card in advance upon notice via e-mail it we deem it necessary to protect your account.

Bounce Policy:

In order to keep the system running at its best, we must include this policy. If your using bad leads, they will bounce. Therefore, we do not allow over a 10% bounce rate at any time. How is this calculated? If you have uploaded 50,000 and more than 5000 bounce then you're over your 10%. But lets say you upload another 20,000 leads. Now your 10% threshold is 7000.

When MLM Power Marketing Is Down

From time to time (about every 7 or 8 weeks) we have to take MLM Power Marketing down to clean the system out. This is to help you get a better response with your leads. We are not responsible for any loss or damage nor are we responsible to let you make up leads that you missed the day we were down. We always give notice that we will be down and we always split it between two days so you still have time to upload both days.

Prohibited Use

MLM Power Marketing servers may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or distribution of any information, data, or material in violation of any applicable law or regulation, or that may directly facilitate the violation of any particular law or regulation is prohibited.

Examples of prohibited use include, but are not limited to:

• Materials subject to trademark, copyright or other laws protecting any materials or data of others in the absence of a valid license or other right to do so;
• Material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws;
• Unauthorized use or disclosure of private, personally identifiable information, or proprietary information of others;
• Adult-oriented sites, pornography and sex-related merchandising , including sites that may infer sexual content of any kind or provide links to adult content elsewhere. MLMPM also prohibits sites that provide storage, sale, distribution, hypertext link to, advertisement, promotion or hosting of material that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harmful, threatening, harassing, or an intrusion of privacy or publicity rights, or is otherwise objectionable; and
• No Gifting sites or emails allowed. You must have a product or service that you are selling. No illegal ponzi, pyramid, phishing, randomizers, doublers, tripplers, hype sites, chain letters or any other site or email that is considered illegal by the United States Goverment or any other country in the world. If you break these terms of use you will have your account deleted and you will not receive a refund.
• Storage, posting, display, transmission, advertising of or otherwise making available child pornography.

Spam Policy

We developed our Auto-Responder in order to encourage permission-based email marketing. As most people know, email is now used as a means of sending unsolicited messages (known as SPAM) to people who have neither requested it, nor wish to receive it.

If they are not Opt-In leads they CAN NOT be used with MLM Power Marketing. All such accounts using bad leads will be terminated immediately with out notice.

We will also have the right to prosecute you for losses due to your spamming activities.
