FAQ

Question: May I cancel this subscription at any time?
Answer: Yes you may cancel at any time. You will still have full use of the system until your renewal date after you cancel. It's easy to cancel also, just let us know via email, phone call, or log into your account and click on Cancel Membership under the Admin menu. Always make sure you cancel at least 14 days before your renewal date or you may be charged again for another month with out refund. For more information please read our Terms Of Use or click here

Question: Is there a set up fee?
Answer: NO! We don't believe you should have to pay a set up fee for a system that is set up automaticly for you. Most other systems will charge $20 or more for something that is done automaticly. You work hard for your money and should not have to spend it on something crazy like a set up fee.

Question: May I upgrade or downgrade at anytime?
Answer: Yes. If you want to test the system just start with the $17.95 or $29.95 package. Then once you see the power of our system, and that it truly works, you can upgrade to a higher package. On the other hand, you can downgrade at anytime also. For example, if you have many leads to send out, you may start with the Super Master Package, and send them and then downgrade to any other package after that.

Question: May I have multiple accounts?
Answer: Yes. However your email address is your username, so each account will need a different email address.

Question: Are leads put into the system for us or do we do that ourselves?
Answer: You upload your own leads into the system. However, if you have a Full-Time package or greater, the leads that are included with that package are uploaded and sent for you by us. They are sent out in 4ths each week. We upload and send 1/4th each week until we get all of them uploaded and sent out for you.

Question: How long does it take for my leads to be sent?
Answer: In most cases it should only be around 12 hours or less.

Question: Are leads included with my membership?
Answer: Only in the following packages, Full Time, Professional, Master and Super Master. All other packages you must provide your own leads or you can buy leads from us inside the system.

Question: Do you pre-screen the leads by sending an email to have the leads opt in.?
Answer: No. However, if you want or need to we have landing page's just for that.

Question: I have a Mac, will your system work for me?
Answer: It should, because we are a web site and not a program you download and run. Also, we take .cwk Mac files and most leads you buy for the Mac will be in .cwk format.

Question: What format of leads do you take?
Answer: We currently take .csv, .txt, .xls, and .cwk. However, if you can get your leads in any format, .csv is always the best format to get them in.
